- The International Contact Group for Libya (ICG-L) convened its 4th meeting, at ministerial level in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 12 June 2015, on the margins of the 25th Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly of Heads of State and Government. The meeting was co-chaired by the African Union (AU) Commissioner for Peace and Security, Smaïl Chergui, the United Nations (UN) Special Representative for Libya, Bernardino Leon and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Zimbabwe, S.S. Mumbengegwi, as representative of the Chair of the Union. The list of countries and organizations that attended the meeting is indicated below[1].
